Mr. Genovese is the founder of BG Capital Group Limited and BG Capital Management Corporation, both based out of the Barbados. Originally from the farmlands of Northern Ontario, he is currently residing in Paradise Island, Bahamas from where he strategically quarterbacks his investments and operations. At the age of 25, Mr. Genovese founded his first company. He went on to establish the Investor Relations Group (IRG) in Vancouver, British Columbia where he positioned privately-held and undervalued companies to compete in the public arena. With an increasing amount of business being done in the United States, Mr. Genovese sold his interest in IRG in 1995 and founded BG Capital Group Limited. Mr. Genovese has over 15 years of mergers and acquisition experience. His portfolio companies hold assets of over $200 million and generate revenues in excess of $150 million and business partnership with corporations with assets well over 10 Billion. BG Capital Group Limited has their head office in Nassau, Bahamas and associate management offices in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and St. Michael, Barbados.

Mr. Markin and Mr. Genovese have been working together for the past 19 years and together have created BG Capital management Corp. Mr. Markin is currently serving as Chairman of the Management Board of the Neptune Management Corporation. Prior to his appointment as Chairman of the Management Board, Mr. Markin served as Chairman since September 1999 and was the Chief Executive Officer/President for Neptune Society. From November 1994 to September 1999, Mr. Markin was the Executive Vice President of TPP Management Inc., a private investment company, having a diverse portfolio consisting of residential/commercial real estate, merchant banking, and securities. His expertise included corporate management, corporate development, research and marketing. From January 1991 to November 1995, Mr. Markin was the Owner and CEO of a commercial real estate company, which secured and managed a portfolio of 400,000 square feet of real estate. He was also the co-owner of one of the largest direct marketing companies in Canada, which was subsequently sold to the Financial Post. From 1985 to 1990, Mr. Markin was the founder and CEO of Markin Development Group, a growing development company focusing on construction of multi-family apartment buildings and commercial offices. Mr. Markin graduated from Bishop College, Montreal in 1982. He also attended the University of British Columbia's Science Program.
